Browsing the site

No analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. Everything the pages load comes from this domain. Visiting the site sets no cookies.

Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, address requested) for security and troubleshooting, as every web host does. We do not combine those logs with anything else.

The project form

If you send a brief or a quick message, we store what you entered: your answers about the project, your name and email and, if you chose to give them, your company, role, website and phone number.

Alongside it we store the time, which form and page it came from, your browser's user-agent string, an automatic spam score, and a keyed one-way hash of your IP address. The hash lets us limit abuse without keeping the address itself; it cannot be turned back into your IP address.

We use this for one purpose: to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

The enquiry is stored in a managed cloud database and a copy is emailed to the studio through our email provider. Those two providers process the data on our behalf. Only Yakooha team members with an account can read it, every change they make is logged, and an administrator can delete it.

On your device

While you fill in a form, your answers are kept in your browser's session storage so a refresh or a failed send does not lose them. That draft never leaves your device until you press send. It is deleted when the enquiry is sent, and in any case when you close the tab.

The live product demos and Lab models run entirely in your browser with sample data. Some demos remember their sample state in your browser's local storage. Nothing you type into a demo is sent to us.

Cookies

Visitors get none. The only cookie this site ever sets is the sign-in cookie for Yakooha staff using the private lead desk. It is strictly necessary for that sign-in, is not readable by scripts, and is never set for anyone else.

How long, and your choices

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you. Write to studio@yakooha.com and we will do it.
